Hi,
I can recommend Xerox Hikers (I use Mesa) and Vivobarefoot Primus Trail FG. But not with heavy backpack (more than 8kg).

For a small budget it’s always better to look for a good used one in good condition. For a tent it is necessary t build up and check an used tent at least once.
