Hi I’m a 66-year woman and I have been walking all my life. However I started longer walks later in life. My husband with whom I hiked a lot in the Nepali and European mountains, passed away 3 years ago. Since then I’m a solo walker. I bought a lightweight tent and gear and now I’m planning to do some longer solo hikes.
